Friday @ Convention Center 5:00 – 8:00 PM Saturday @ Convention Center 7:00 AM Friday: Judges sign in / meeting 5:30 PM Please note that we need all eligible judges to attend BOTH days, especially if you are a 4th or 5th degree Black Belt. Keep those Leadership points in mind! Judging assignments for Friday will be posted on the SE District portion of ataonline.com and ataregion104.com All* ATA Xtreme & Creative COMPETITION 6:00 PM * Special Abilities ATA Xtreme / Creative will take place Saturday in their Traditional ring TEAM SPARRING & TEAM COMBAT WEAPONS Adults & Juniors 6:00 PM Saturday: Adult Black Belts sign in & Judges Meeting MANDATORY 7:15 AM OPENING CEREMONY 8:00 AM ALL Traditional Events Round 1: 8:30 AM DETAILED RING ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE POSTED (on the SE District portion of ataonline.com and ataregion104.com) AND EMAILED TO INSTRUCTORS NOT SOONER THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE COMPETITION. We will operate on a floating schedule; i.e. Ring 2 could be on Round but Ring 4 might already be on Round 2. Please stay close to your competition ring while waiting on your competition. Once one round has finished in a ring it will move right on to the next round
